On November 14, Deputy Jeffery Winters made an arrest at the Washington County Detention Center. He apprehended David Allen McInturff, who was wanted for failing to show up in a misdemeanor case. That same day, Deputy Jerry Dykes responded to a warrant service at 270 C Grindstaff Road, leading to the arrest of Jordan Raylee Elliott for domestic assault. Elliott was promptly taken into custody and also transported to the Carter County Detention Center.

Later that night at about 11:11 p.m., Sgt. Tyler Holsclaw arrested Harvey L. Rose at a residence on Bristol Highway for violating the Sex Offender Registration Act. No incidents were reported during Rose’s transport to detention.
