Dr. David Brickle, who teaches piano and music theory at Milligan, is known for his versatile musical skills. He has performed extensively not only in various states across America but also in Puerto Rico and Spain. His performances have earned him numerous awards and recognition, making him a celebrated figure in the world of music.
Dr. Brickle has an impressive educational background, holding a doctorate and a master’s degree in piano performance from Florida State University, along with a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina. He also serves on the faculty of the Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp in Michigan and has previously taught at the MasterWorks Festival and the FSU Summer Piano Institute and Piano Camp. Along with his solo performances, he has also teamed up with pianist Chia-Ying Chan for duo piano recitals on several occasions.
