Motorcycle Crash in Kingsport Leaves One Severely Injured

In the late hours of May 30, a serious motor vehicle crash involving a Toyota Tacoma and a Harley Davidson motorcycle has left one individual in dire condition.

The Incident

The incident reportedly occurred at approximately 11:55 p.m. on West Stone Drive at the intersection of C.E. Brooks Jr Way. According to preliminary updates from the local authorities, the Toyota, operated by 37-year-old James Robinette, had been moving in the eastbound lane of West Stone Drive. Concurrently, the motorcycle, handled by 32-year-old Blake Paradise, had been travelling westbound.

The authorities state that the incident took place when the Toyota made a left turn onto C.E. Brooks Jr. Way, leading to a collision with the motorcycle. The severe nature of the crash led to the dispatch of the Kingsport Police Department’s traffic investigators to the scene for further inquiry.

Injuries and Investigation

Consequent to the cataclysmic crash, Blake Paradise suffered significant injuries and was quickly rushed to a nearby hospital, where he is currently in serious condition. The driver of the Toyota remarkably managed to escape the crash unscathed.
