Police Seeking Public Assistance in Finding Missing East Tennessee Teen

KINGSPORT, Tenn. – A Runaway Teen's Sudden Disappearance

The police in Kingsport, Tennessee, have issued a public appeal for assistance in finding 14-year-old Exenia Pafford who has been missing since June 16. Authorities believe she may be on her way to Greeneville and have entered her details into the national NICI database for missing persons.

Exenia Pafford, the East Tennessee Runaway

According to the Kingsport police, Exenia allegedly left her home voluntarily sometime during the night of June 16. Exenia was last seen wearing a black tank top, black sweatpants, and white Nike-logo shoes. Distinctively, she has a piercing on the right side of her nose. Standing at 5’3″ and weighing 115 pounds, she features brown hair and blue eyes.

Public Asked to Aid in Finding Exenia

With concerns growing over the runaway teen’s wellbeing, law enforcement agencies are urging the public to come forward with any information they might have regarding Exenia’s current whereabouts. Anyone who may have seen her or knows about her possible location is requested to contact the Kingsport Central Dispatch at (423) 246-9111 or the Criminal Investigations Division at (423) 229-9429.

More Missing Teen Cases in the Region

While Exenia’s case is currently under the spotlight, it is one of many similar situations in the East Tennessee region. Prompt and accurate public responses to such appeals play a pivotal role in the successful resolution of these cases. As such, the community’s collaboration in bringing Exenia home safe is highly appreciated.

Ensuring the Safety of All Teens

As the search for Exenia continues, local authorities are also urging parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication with their children to ensure their safety. They have stressed that while adolescent runaway episodes are not uncommon, each instance poses potential threats and risks to the concerned individual’s safety.
