Five days later, on March 30, the police received information about a vehicle matching the one involved in the previous incident. The law enforcement officers jumped into action, and, upon locating the vehicle in question, they also reviewed the surveillance footage. The video confirmed the driver’s indistinct behavior – circling the lot for approximately 20 minutes.

Arrest and Charges

The sole occupant of the vehicle, Michael Bellamy, was then arrested on the charges of disorderly conduct and display of registration. Once taken into custody, further examination and surveillance assessment linked Bellamy to the prior indecent exposure incident on March 25. A warrant was issued, resulting in three additional charges of indecent exposure being filed against Bellamy.

Bellamy was ultimately booked into the Kingsport City Jail where he awaits trial.
