Elizabethton is gearing up for an exciting spring 2025 with the return of the much-anticipated Glow Dodgeball event! Hosted by Elizabethton Parks and Recreation, this lively event promises to be a fantastic time for everyone, from kids to adults. So grab your friends and mark your calendars because you won’t want to miss this glowing good time!
The Glow Dodgeball event will take place at the beloved Elizabethton Recreation Center, located at 300 W Mill St. Best of all, this event is entirely free! That’s right—no fees for admission. Whether you’re looking to join in the fun or just want to cheer from the sidelines, everyone is welcome!
Participants are invited from elementary school age and up, making this a family-friendly event that everyone can enjoy. The more, the merrier! So, gather your family, friends, and anyone else who wants to dive into the fun of dodgeball played under the mesmerizing glow of black lights.
One of the highlights of this unique event is that attendees are encouraged to wear their brightest, most glowing outfits. Bring out the neon colors, fun accessories, and anything that lights up the night! You can expect to see a dazzling array of colors as everyone plays under the black lights, making the experience even more exciting.
Participants will engage in an exhilarating tournament featuring dodgeball played with glowing dodgeballs, along with ample opportunities for glow-in-the-dark fun. Before jumping right into the dodgeball action, all participants are required to sign a waiver. Those waivers will be readily available at the entrance, so there’s no need to worry. Just make sure you get one signed before you lace up your sneakers! And parents, please remember that children should not be left unattended during the event, ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
