Get ready, Elizabethton! The Elizabethton Senior Center is rolling out a delightful schedule of activities to celebrate Valentine’s Week, starting from February 1 to February 14. Located at 428 East G Street, this is the place to be for seniors looking to stay active and engaged. Mark your calendars, because you won’t want to miss out!
The Senior Center’s doors are open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 12 noon on Fridays. You can drop in anytime to enjoy the billiard and fitness rooms—no appointments needed! The center has planned a fantastic array of activities that are both fun and beneficial for your health.
The Senior Center always welcomes volunteers, especially those willing to help as drivers for home-delivered meals. Anyone aged 55 and older is welcome to become a member and access a variety of services and programs.
Also, the center is seeking input regarding recreational improvements at Cat Island Park. Join a drop-in meeting scheduled for February 14, or participate in an online survey available from February 10-13.
