Public Assistance Sought by Elizabethton Police in Identifying an Individual

Elizabethton Police Appeals for Assistance

The Elizabethton Police Department has turned to the public for assistance in identifying a male individual deemed crucial for an ongoing investigation. Appreciating any credible leads on the subject’s identity, the Police are urging anyone with helpful information to step forward.

Citizens intrigued or involved are supposed to contact the leading investigator on the case, Investigator David Peters, by either email at dpeters@elizabethtonpolice.org or via phone at 423-547-6225. Peters is eagerly awaiting any contributions to the case.

Anonymous Tips Welcomed

In an unconventional move designed to accommodate more information, the department has decided to accept anonymous tips about the individual. People with knowledge that could assist the police but prefer to remain anonymous can submit their information through various methods.

The department has set up an online platform at this link: https://tip411.com/tips/elizabethtonpd/new?alert_id=88607 for anonymous tip submission. Furthermore, tip-sharing through text messages has also been initiated.

Anyone choosing the text method can send their tips by starting the text with the keyword “TIPEPD” followed by the information to 847411. This provision certainly augments the avenues through which the police can receive vital information.

Call To The Community

With this appeal, the Elizabethton Police has reminded community members of their critical role in ensuring safety and justice in the society. This course of action signifies the trust and reliance the department places in the public to aid important investigations.

Community members are thus greatly encouraged to share any relevant information they may possess regarding the unidentified male individual.

Additional Cases and Events

Besides the identification of the male individual, the Elizabethton Police Department also seeks public assistance in a separate case of a stolen tractor. In addition, events such as the Annual Hampton Creek Cove Bird Walk are set to take place this Friday.

The public is urged to remain vigilant and proactive in contributing to investigations and participating in community events for the betterment of Elizabethton.
