KINGSPORT, Tenn–In an innovative twist on retail shopping, the Appalachian Honey Boutique at the Fort Henry Mall now boasts an interactive ‘trucker hat bar’. Patrons can stroll in, select a hat, and proceed to customise it according to their personal style and preferences.
This unique shopping experience allows customers to select from a variety of trucker hats and then enhance them with a wide array of patches, chains, pins and more. The selected accessories are then seamlessly pressed onto the hat by store staffers, resulting in a product that reflects individual style.
The store owner, Jessica Stiltner, reported a highly positive response from the public. Many families and children have been visiting the store, particularly during the spring break season. Using their creativity to design and see their creation come to life provides a very fulfilling experience to the visitors, believe the Appalachian Honey Boutique owners.
The boutique offers even more fun for groups. Patrons can bring their friends along to design hats together, or even book a ‘trucker hat party’. The concept of such parties is currently trending in metropolitan cities such as Dallas, Atlanta, and Nashville, and it appears that the trend has reached the Tri-Cities as well.
The Appalachian Honey Boutique is situated in the Fort Henry Mall, diagonally across from the Auntie Anne’s pretzels outlet. The store timings are from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday to Saturday, and 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Sundays. A trucker hat party can be booked by directly calling the store at (423) 651-7065.
