Johnson City Residents Encouraged to Share Insights in Upcoming Community Survey Before December 16 Deadline

Johnson City Residents: Your Voice Matters!

Hey there, Johnson City folks! Do you have opinions about the streets you drive on, the parks where you play, or the services provided by your local government? Well, here’s your chance to share those thoughts and make a real difference! The Community Survey organized by the City of Johnson City is wrapping up soon, and we want to remind everyone that the deadline is fast approaching—specifically, it’s closing this Monday, December 16.

Why Should You Participate?

Every three years, Johnson City partners with the National Research Center at Polco to conduct this vital survey. In just 10 to 15 minutes, you can give feedback on a variety of topics crucial to our community, including the economy, community design, public safety, and even how well our local utilities are serving you. It’s an easy way to have your voice heard and to see your ideas come to life!

Make Your Opinion Count!

Your thoughts aren’t just heard—they’re valued. The responses collected through this survey are significant in shaping future projects and improving services in Johnson City. It’s all about making our community better for everyone! Previous surveys have led to some incredible developments, including enhanced street maintenance and the installation of beautiful LED lighting in our downtown area. Not to mention, transformational projects like Founders Park and the much-loved Tweetsie Trail have been influenced by the community’s input!

Sounds Good—How Do I Participate?

Getting involved is super simple! Just hop on over to www.johnsoncitytn.org/survey and take the survey. And don’t worry—the process is designed to be quick and easy, so you can fit it into your busy schedule without a hitch. Best of all, your responses will be completely anonymous, meaning your personal information will be safe and sound. Polco ensures that all data is securely handled and will never be shared with anyone. This way, you can express your thoughts freely!

What Does the Survey Cover?

This is your chance to weigh in on various aspects of life in Johnson City! The survey will ask you to consider things like:

  • The economy: Do you feel like there are enough job opportunities?

  • Community design: What do you think about the parks and public spaces?
  • Utilities: Are you satisfied with your trash and recycling services?
  • Safety: Do you feel secure in your neighborhood?
