Since 1960, Morrell Music Company has been a wholesaler, distributor, manufacturer, and retailer of musical instruments in Bristol, Tennessee.
Our initial goal was to provide players and hobbyists in Bristol, Tennessee, dubbed “The Birthplace of Country Music,” with the tools, accessories, and maintenance they required to continue making the music they loved. While the purpose remains the same today, the scope has changed dramatically. We now sell brands and products to dealers and customers not just in the United States, but all around the world, all while maintaining the small-town customer service and approachability that helped us grow so quickly in the first place.
The world-famous Morrell Lap Steel Guitar is also made at Morrell Music Company! The Morrell Lap Steels are created in East Tennessee and offer a high-quality, American-made steel at an accessible price for both beginners and professionals.
