Bristol Celebrates Future Ready Students at Tennessee High School

In the heart of Bristol, Tennessee, a vibrant event unfolded last Friday morning, shining a spotlight on the ambitious students at Tennessee High School preparing to venture into the world of work. The school hosted a special gathering known as the Future Ready: Work-Based Learning Celebration, where the achievements of students and the supportive roles of local industries were celebrated in a most joyful atmosphere.

  • Garrett Jones (apprenticeship) – JA Street & Associates

  • Ashley Quales, Bella Frye, and Laci Kerns – Ballad Health
  • Makenna Hyskell (pre-apprenticeship) – Bristol Tennessee City Schools

The local businesses involved extend far beyond just these names, encompassing a variety of sectors, including Believe in Bristol, Bristol Motor Speedway, Walgreens, and many more, each eager to support the next generation of workers.
