Exciting Victory for Cherokee High School’s NJROTC Academic Team!
JOHNSON CITY — Big news for Cherokee High School! On November 8th, the school’s NJROTC Academic Team triumphed in the 2024 Area Eight East Academic/Brain Brawl Championship held at East Tennessee State University. We’re talking about the ultimate showdown where brains met brawn, and Cherokee certainly came out on top!

This impressive team boasts talented members including Christopher Ramsey, Seth Metz, Joseph Paxton, Elizabeth Campbell, Addison Carpenter, Zachary Sattler, Elizabeth Lawson, Emily Lawson, Ethan Metz, and Caetryn Cornett. Each member brought their own unique strengths and skills to the table, coming together like a well-oiled machine to tackle challenging questions across various subjects.
