The ETSU Martin Center for the Arts is excited to announce that the incredible 49 Winchester will be hitting the stage for a special benefit concert on Saturday, November 30 at 7:30 p.m. This isn’t just any show; it’s a chance for all of us to come together and lend a hand to those affected by Hurricane Helene in our neighboring areas, including East Tennessee, Western North Carolina, and Southwest Virginia.

All proceeds from ticket sales, which range from $30 to $40, will go directly to the Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee. This organization has been on the front lines, providing critical support to communities in need, ensuring that no one has to go hungry during these tough times.
Meet the Heartfelt Band
49 Winchester, hailing from the heart of Virginia, has made a name for themselves with their unique blend of country, rock, and folk music. Their lyrics are not just catchy; they resonate deeply, reflecting the experiences and values of those living in Appalachia. The band believes in the power of music to bring people together and fosters an environment of love and support within the community.
Bassist and founding member Chase Chafin shared their thoughts on giving back, saying, “49 Winchester is very proud to be from this region and looking after each other is a huge part of the ethos of Appalachia. When something tragic happens, it affects all of us.” This concert, coming at the end of their touring season, is not just a performance but a heartfelt plea for support for those in need.

In the past year alone, they distributed an impressive 10.8 million meals!
