25th Blue Plum Festival Schedules to Take Over Downtown Johnson City this Summer

Mark your calendars, the 25th annual Blue Plum Festival known for its explosion of color and culture is making a grand return to King Commons in downtown Johnson City.

A Two-Day Extravaganza
